DOGE is not dead; it is still active and uncovering billions of dollars of fraud. It is doing it quietly, but it is strongly opposed by the legacy media, such as the New York Times and the real hidden state, the Federal bureaucracy.

Let’s face it: there are those in the employ of the Federal government who have a vested interest in not rooting out inefficiency, in not caring if there is fraud and who will resist any attempt at proper management.
We need to remember, however, that the type of waste that DOGE is finding exists in every government, be it at the state or local level as well as at the international level.
