The Wellesley, a smaller high end hotel is only a few blocks from Harrods, so it can be a great place to escape after the crowds in the store.
What makes this cigar experience fun is that their smoking area is outside, enclosed in glass from the rain or snow and it looks out onto Knightsbridge road. Sitting in a glass bubble, watch everyone scurry by in the rain is very satisfying and gives one a feeling of pleasant superiority (ah, those poor peasants, out there in the weather). The staff is very nice and you can, because you are technically outside of the hotel, order food to go with your cigar. Additionally, they have an excellent humidor (with typical London prices) but you can smoke your own cigar.
For something a bit different, the Wellesley offers a good option.
